• loud music or noise must end by 11:30 PM

• respect our neighbors - please don’t enter any areas marked as restricted, including private offices and panther’s place

• Security cameras are present and recording at all times for your safety

• Large events may require hired security

• please clean up after your event or you may forfeit your security deposit
